After surprising fans on "Dynamite," Ciampa continued his vacation, appeared on "Collision," won the TNT Championship from Mark Briscoe, and still had time to finish his vacation before the following week's shows.

Earlier reports suggested Ciampa could have debuted a week earlier on January 21, but Fightful Select has since debunked this, noting he was still under contract with WWE at that time. The confusion reportedly stemmed from weather-related schedule changes that moved "Collision" from Arlington, Texas to Orlando, Florida.
