Rohit: 2007 Final My Favorite Pak Match

Former India captain Rohit Sharma named the 2007 T20 World Cup final as his favorite match against Pakistan, recalling how India went on to win the tournament.

Rohit, who featured in every India-Pakistan clash at the T20 World Cup until recently, described the 2007 final as unbeatable. 'My favourite T20 World Cup match against Pakistan was definitely the final we played, nothing can beat that. We went on to win the World Cup,' he said.

The 2024 T20 World Cup-winning skipper also reflected on the dramatic 2022 MCG encounter where India chased down 160 after being 31/4. 'I felt helpless watching from the sidelines,' Rohit admitted, praising Virat Kohli's extraordinary innings that turned the contest on its head.
