Oklahoma lands 4-star LB Cooper Witten, son of Jason Witten

Cooper Witten, ranked the No. 2 linebacker prospect in the Class of 2027, announced his pledge to Oklahoma. He chose the Sooners over three SEC schools, including his father's alma mater, Tennessee.

Oklahoma’s recruiting class now sits second in the country. While Cooper acknowledged the appeal of being coached by his father, he emphasized finding the best fit for his career above all else.
