Ventura Ties 15th at Detroit PGA

Kristoffer Ventura impressed with a strong round at the PGA tournament in Detroit, tying for 15th place after shooting 7 birdies and 3 bogeys.

Ventura opened the tournament with a solid 68 on Thursday, then improved by two strokes on Friday to climb the leaderboard. He is currently 6 strokes under par, with Cameron Young, Patrick Cantlay and Rickie Fowler leading at 10 under par. Fowler still has many holes remaining to play.

Ventura is the only Norwegian competing in this weekend's PGA tournament in Detroit. catcross.biz
