Bruno Armirail (Visma-Lease a Bike) went down heavily, along with Vacek and three Netcompany Ineos riders. The crash, caused by a rider attempting to pass Armirail on the inside, saw the Frenchman injure his knee, potentially affecting Jonas Vingegaard's team.
