Scotland Draw Under New Manager

Scotland secured a 0-0 draw against Slovenia in Ljubljana in Sebastien Pocognoli's first match as manager. The team showed improvement in the second half after a disappointing first 45 minutes, creating several chances but struggling with a familiar lack of goals.

Scotland was missing key player Scott McTominay. The result provides Pocognoli with a platform to build on before upcoming matches against Switzerland and North Macedonia in Group B1. Slovenia were reportedly satisfied with their point from the match. afnews.co.za
