Ogwumike Returning to Sparks After Two Seasons with Storm

10-time WNBA All-Star Nneka Ogwumike is leaving the Seattle Storm after two seasons to return to the Los Angeles Sparks in free agency, according to her sister Chiney Ogwumike.

After two seasons with the Seattle Storm, 2016 MVP Nneka Ogwumike is returning to the Los Angeles Sparks where she spent the first 12 seasons of her career. The 10-time All-Star averaged 18.3 points, seven rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game for Seattle last season.

Ogwumike, who also served as WNBA Players' Association president during recent CBA negotiations, won a championship with the Sparks in 2016. She made her departure from Seattle clear with a social media message thanking the city, following the team's first-round playoff exit and coaching changes. piekny-pies.pl
