Noah Gregor scores 8 seconds in, fastest goal in Panthers history

Florida Panthers forward Noah Gregor scored only eight seconds into Tuesday's game against the Ottawa Senators, setting a new franchise record for the fastest goal to start a game.

Gregor scored on a fortunate bounce off the end boards to beat Linus Ullmark, making it 1-0 for the Panthers. The goal came two seconds faster than the previous franchise record of 10 seconds set in 1996.

The quick strike sparked a massive offensive output, as the Panthers built a 5-0 lead and chased Ullmark from the net.
