Maximilian Paul Confirmed with Spinal Injury

DTM driver Maximilian Paul has been confirmed to have suffered a lumbar vertebra fracture among other injuries following his severe crash at the Norisring.

Three days after his severe crash during Saturday's DTM race at the Norisring, Maximilian Paul's full injury details have been revealed. Team principal Gottfried Grasser confirmed to Motorsport-Total.com that the 26-year-old driver from Dresden suffered "a fibula and a tibia fracture as well as a lumbar vertebra fracture."
