Lepaul Aims for Ligue 1 Top Scorer Title

Rennes striker Esteban Lepaul (25) is third in the Ligue 1 goal chart with 14 goals, behind Mason Greenwood (15) and Joaquín Panichelli (16). Panichelli’s ACL injury during the international break has halted his run, leaving Lepaul in a strong position to win the Top Scorer trophy with seven games remaining.

Speaking to RMC Sport, Lepaul said he wants to finish as top scorer and that it would be “magnificent.” He added that a France call‑up is not his priority, focusing instead on the personal target he set at the start of the season. Rennes currently sit seventh and are in the mix for European qualification.
