Kevin Reidler Signs Two‑Year Contract with Ottawa Senators

Penn State goalie Kevin Reidler has signed a two‑year entry‑level contract with the Ottawa Senators, set to join their AHL affiliate Belleville for the 2026‑27 season.

Kevin Reidler, the former Penn State goaltender, has agreed to a two‑year entry‑level deal with the Ottawa Senators, effective for the 2026‑27 NHL season. He will begin the 2025‑26 campaign on an ATO with the Senators’ AHL affiliate, the Belleville Senators, before his NHL contract takes effect.

Drafted in the fifth round of the 2022 NHL Draft, Reidler posted a .901 save percentage and a 3.31 goals‑against average in 18 starts for Penn State last season. His signing marks the fourth Penn State goalie to secure an NHL contract, following Eamon McAdam, Peyton Jones and Arsenii Sergeev.
