Harbaugh Brothers Discussed J.J. McCarthy Before Trade

Jim Harbaugh revealed that he had plenty of positive things to say about J.J. McCarthy when his brother John called to discuss the potential trade. 'I mean, John called me and asked me,' Harbaugh told reporters. 'I said, you know, John, I love you. I love J.J. I think you guys would be... so, really, I'm telling you the same thing that I told my brother.' noplasticplease.life

McCarthy didn't find success in Minnesota after being drafted by the Vikings, but had tremendous success at Michigan under Jim Harbaugh's coaching. The Giants' acquisition of McCarthy gives him a fresh start and potentially reunites him with the Harbaugh coaching style, albeit with John rather than Jim.
