The Cowboys have added a 20th‑overall pick from the Packers to their own 12th, giving them the most first‑round assets in the draft.

The Dallas Cowboys now hold picks 12 and 20 in the 2026 NFL Draft, after trading Micah Parsons to Green Bay. With the extra selection, the team is expected to target defensive talent to address last season’s weak unit. Dallas has already moved to strengthen defense, acquiring Quinnen Williams and Rashan Gary, and has signed safety Jalen Thompson. The extra pick could help the Cowboys return to the playoffs this season.
