Auburn and Tulsa face off in the 2026 NIT championship game, with the Tigers seeking their second NIT title and Tulsa aiming for their third championship.

The 2026 NIT championship features Auburn and Tulsa, two teams that were on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament. Auburn enters with a 10-0 record against non-Power Conference teams, while Tulsa has played close games throughout their tournament run with three of their four wins coming within five points.

The game is a rematch of their 2009 NIT meeting, which Auburn won 74-55. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. ET at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and will be broadcast on ESPN2.
