يشغل الزراع حاليًا منصب مدير عمليات المنشأة في استاد بوسطن، حيث تتمحور مسؤولياته حول إدارة رحلة المشجعين، وضمان تقديم تجربة آمنة وسلسة للمشجعين منذ لحظة وصولهم إلى الاستاد وحتى مغادرتهم.
